Need help placing your order online? |
| |
| Please use this page to answer some common questions about how to use 925silvercatalog.com to place orders. If you have any additional questions about how to place your order online, or if you are having trouble using this web catalog, please contact your jeweler for further assistance. |
What Is My Jeweler’s Vendor Code?
|
During checkout, you will be required to enter a Vendor Code, which identifies your jeweler and helps us process your order. Your jeweler’s Vendor Code is a series of letters and numbers that is unique to your jeweler. For example, a sample Vendor Code may look like “A-123-XYZ”. 925silvercatalog.com will use this code to forward your order to your jeweler for processing.
Your jeweler should have provided you with its Vendor Code when directing you to this site. If you do not yet have your jeweler’s Vendor Code, just call your jeweler and ask! Your jeweler will be happy to give you this information and help you complete your order! |
Where Do I Enter My Payment Information? |
You will not be asked to enter your credit card information on 925silvercatalog.com. Because you are ordering directly from your local jeweler, your jeweler will be responsible for collecting your payment information, processing your payment, and delivering your jewelry. After you place your order online, your jeweler will contact you to finalize payment and delivery details. You will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address to allow your jeweler to contact you. If your jeweler accepts credit card payments, the charge on your card will appear from your jeweler, not from 925silvercatalog.com. |
When Can I Expect to Receive My Order? |
Your jeweler should contact you within a few days after you place your order. At that time, your jeweler should be able to let you know when you can expect to receive your jewelry.
Jewelers who work with 925silvercatalog.com contact customers promptly after receiving an order to finalize payment and delivery details. However, in the rare event that you have not heard from your jeweler within three business days of your order, there may have been a problem transmitting your order to your jeweler (for example, the Vendor Code may have been improperly entered). If that is the case, please contact your jeweler as soon as possible to complete the order process. |
